Wind Energy as a Renewable Resource
This class is called Fuel, part of my STEAM course. It is all about different fuels and how they affect our economy. In this unit we learned about different energy and electricity sources. During this unit we had a couple field experiences, The main one was we had a speaker from the Citizens Utility Board come in and talk to us about solar energy. We learned how someone could get solar panels and what that looks like. We also talked a little bit about the clean energy Act which was interesting because I had been unfamiliar with it. My job was to create an infomercial talking about a specific renewable resource. I chose wind as my energy resource. So my video is about wind energy and how it works as an energy source. I get into the pros and cons of this resource and the different types of job opportunities that come with it. This action project took me awhile but I am proud of how it turned out and I am excited to share it.
